Duties and Responsibilities

Complete automotive services according to Volkswagen standards within the specified time.
Keep advisors updated about service completion.
Communicate with the parts department to obtain replacement parts.
Complete quality assurance checks on work performed.

Vehicle drive testing.
Use the computerized system to read and record service data.
Comply with federal, state, and internal guidelines.
